Welcome to QiNo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QiNo platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person may not maintain more than one active account

4. Service Description

QiNo provides AI-powered hospital queue management and patient flow optimization services, including:

• Smart token assignment and queue management
• Smart Arrival AI for optimal departure time calculation
• Live queue tracking and status updates
• Reception and hospital management dashboards
• Analytics and reporting tools

5. User Responsibilities

• Use the Service only for its intended purpose
• Do not attempt to circumvent any security features
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Do not share your account credentials with others

6. Booking and Token Terms

• Token bookings are subject to hospital availability and doctor schedules
• QiNo does not guarantee consultation availability
• Hospitals reserve the right to modify schedules and availability
• Emergency tokens are handled according to hospital protocols

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and AI algorithms, are the exclusive property of QiNo Technologies and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QiNo Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QiNo Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
